Dr. Velásquez is previously Director of the Secretariat on Public Health, Innovation and Intellectual Property at the World Health Organization until 2010.

Dr. Muñoz-Tellez has expertise in management of innovation, with 12 years trajectory at the South Centre.

Ms. Romero is an international trade lawyer with more than 12 years’ experience in trade negotiations, dispute settlement and policy advice on intellectual property and public health.
Mr. Vitor Henrique Pinto Ido

Mr. Ido has worked in both the private and public sectors as a researcher and lawyer, prior to joining the South Centre. He is also currently a PhD Candidate in Law at the University of São Paulo, Brazil.
